MAS introduces Tenant Performance Bond

MAS Lettings have pleasure in introducing the Tenant Performance Bond, this insures you the landlord against Rent Loss, Damage and Legal Fees. The tenant pays a small fee directly to the agent who then insures that tenant with the Tenant Performance Bond.
If the tenant fails to pay rent or damages your property you can claim against your bond to a maximum of three months rent or £2250 which ever is the lesser. It also covers legal costs if you need to remove a problem tenant.
