Once you have decided on the right one you will need:

To pay your application fee of £99 per person (non refundable) to secure the property of your choice. All application forms and references must be provided within 5 working days of paying the application fee.  If you withdraw from the application after 7 days we reserve the right to make a charge for lost marketing time suffered by the landlord.

We require one month’s rent plus £100 as a dilapidations deposit against the property.
Any agreed pets will require a further amount to be negotiated at the time of the application.  This deposit is secured with MyDeposits and is refunded at the end of the tenancy minus any agreed deductions for repairs.

We have also just introduced a new scheme with the Tenants Performance Bond which allows you to move in to a property without a deposit (please ASK MAS for details

You will require an inventory to support your deposit; this will be charged at £72.00 and is prepared on the same day as you move into the property.  This remains on file to ensure that both parties agree the condition on the property, fixtures and fittings prior to move in and secure the full return of your deposit.

You will require two forms of Photographic ID to support your application such as Passport and/or Driving Licence.

Please note that the rent you pay does not include gas, electricity, water rates or council tax unless stated.  We will provide the utility suppliers of current readings on the day you move in and then you are responsible for making payments.

You will be responsible for providing telephone, internet and Television services.

The property will be insured for buildings but it is very important that you insure your contents; we can assist with this so please ASK MAS!

All of the properties are available for an initial six month assured tenancy with the ability to renew for a maximum 24 month assured tenancy where the landlord agrees.
