Asbestos Management Survey

Any non-domestic building constructed before the year 2000 may contain asbestos and under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 the duty holder whether the property owner, landlord, or managing agent is legally required to identify and manage asbestos-containing materials. An asbestos management survey helps fulfil this obligation by assessing the presence, condition, and risk of asbestos, ensuring that those who work in or visit the premises remain protected.
