Over the last 13 years of working within the asbestos industry I have gained a wealth of knowledge from the work I have carried out on the various asbestos removal projects that I have been involved in for a number of local and national organisations, these projects also include confined space projects, working at height projects, work within hospitals.
I have also built and extensive knowledge through my work with social housing providers on their planned and reactive works for their property portfolio and the requirements based on the duty holder and the compliance issues that this type of work may entail.
I also have a good knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety both within the asbestos sector, construction sector, and within the management and surveying for the presence of asbestos.
With the knowledge and experience I have gained and my face to face dealings with Health and Safety executives, Environment Agency and the Health and Safety representative I feel that I can be a competent person to seek advice from or just to ask a simple question to and assist my clients and contractors in putting work tenders together including standard of rates (SORS), The production of Site Specific Risk and method statements, Emergency plans and any other associated documentation required for you to undertake your project.
I believe that I have assisted a lot of organisations with their asbestos and Health and Safety requirements over the years with my knowledge and professionalism and wish for this to continue with any organisations that would like my advice and guidance within their sector.
Peer Review
I would also like to offer my peer review service where I will peer review and provide practical guidance if required on any pre prepared site documentation prior to issue to your site teams, clients or prior to submitting as part of your tender.
